Sarah is solo mum to two children, runs a professional dog walking business and is a freelance nature writer.
She lives in the northwest of England.
Sarah has spent the majority of her working life outdoors in nature. From teaching horticultural skills to SEN young people, to mentoring KS3 children in schools and colleges. She has explored the many ways nature can help children and young people.
Having now exchanged gardening gloves for walking boots - and humans for dogs - she runs an award winning dog walking business which has been featured in the Daily Mail Femail, Woman and Home Magazine, and on BBC Breakfast.
She is author of the Amazon #1 bestselling business and enterprise sector book 'From Poor To Paw', and is currently helping other people follow their dreams of running their own dog walking business through her Paws Partnership scheme.
In addition, Sarah is completing a Master's Degree in Nature and Travel Writing, and writes a regular nature feature for her local magazine, as well as a regular newsletter on Substack.
In among all that, she enjoys family time with her children and dog, cold water swimming and reading.
